Our ESF Programme aims to address the needs of local young people in Richmond and Kingston, between the ages of 16-19, who are not currently in education, employment of training (NEET). Harlequins Foundation staff work with each individual to develop a personalised education programme that can include a range of different enrichment activities alongside functions skills qualification in both English and Maths. Following the successful completion of the programme The Foundation will work with each young person to identify and secure their sustained participation in additional appropriate education, training or employment including progression opportunities into FE provision, traineeships, apprenticeships and employment.
