The Harlequins Foundation supports National Careers Week

At The Harlequins Foundation we passionately believe in the principle that everyone should have the opportunity to build the essential skills, experience and aspirations to succeed in the 21st century. Through our relationship with The Club we are able to deliver a skills pathway from work experience through to employment that enables us to have a positive effect on our local community.

By providing opportunities to gain meaningful work experience, like that of our Traineeship Programme, we are able to support vulnerable people to acquire, demonstrate and articulate the essential skills that are so desperately important in today’s and the future job market. By doing so we move young people demonstrably closer to meaningful employment and ultimately, positively affect their future employment prospects.

“Our traineeship programme offers young people an accessible opportunity to gain the essential skills they need to succeed and progress into either, further education, an apprenticeship or employment. We offer a flexible programme tailored to support individuals to gain meaningful experience and essential skills that will allow them to fully realise and maximise their potential."
