Inclusion
We deliver a diverse and comprehensive range of programmes specially designed to build strong, active and inclusive communities and promote positive relations between groups and communities from different backgrounds.
These programmes range from our flagship project Switch which aims to increase female participation to The Imagination Café, a dementia friendly project offering a place to socialise, learn more about local services and try something new.
We will continue to challenge discriminatory attitudes, removing barriers to participation for everyone, regardless of age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status. Supporting our communities to fulfil their potential.
By supporting the design and delivery of programmes that promote the inclusion of those from traditionally under-represented groups in rugby, including but not limited to the promotion of women and girls, black and minority ethnic groups and those from low socio-economic groups at all levels.
