Public request fundraising policy and process

The Harlequins Foundation public request policy and process has been set up to manage the high volume of requests we receive and best manage this within our wider community.

Our resources are limited and therefore it is necessary for us to prioritize the large number of requests we receive for signed Harlequins items and gift in kind support. All requests to the Club are now dealt with by The Harlequins Foundation. We are unable to make financial donations outside the Brighter Futures Community Grants Programme. We have a limited number of signed balls and shirts we donate to charities, schools or community groups which a) are in line with the focus and key objectives of The Harlequins Foundation and b) are located in the South East of England.
