Thanks to generous funding from our friends and partners at London Sport, we are delighted to launch a new bank of wheelchair friendly workout resources, developed by our Wellbeing Coach, Hollie Smith.
Following the launch of our wheelchair rugby team “The Jesters”, our team have been working on a range of resources to help attract more people who might not ordinarily have the chance to participate in sport, and engage them with physical activity at a time where staying active is as vital as ever.
The resource bank contains a range of exercise videos that are easy to follow along with at home at any time. Check out the intro video from Hollie below.
