Delivered to Primary and Secondary schools as well as Universities, METTLE uses the resources, and experience of The Harlequins Foundation to raise awareness, challenge the stigma of mental health whilst developing mental resilience in the young people involved.<\/p>

METTLE is broken down across four topics to develop students\u2019 relationships, emotions, self-care, and stressing the importance of physical activity. The programme is free and available for you to download and teach at your schools.
